Online Bookings
If you are an Account Customer you can book taxis direct from your desktop.
Contact our Customer Services Department on 0131 221 2236/2237 and they will set you up for Online Booking. If required, they will come along and give you full training before you get started. Once set up, you will be given a username and password which links you directly to our Booking System. From here you are able to book taxis, check your bookings and make amendments to them without having to pick up the phone!
